Our prices vary depending on the service and your location. Please visit our pricing page or contact us for a quote.

We always put your dog’s safety first.

For the first couple of walks, your pup will stay on the lead while we get to know them and carefully check how strong their recall is.

Once we’re confident your dog reliably listens to their walker—and only with your written consent—we may allow them off-lead in safe, secure areas.

If you’d prefer your dog to remain on the lead at all times, just let us know—we’re happy to follow your instructions.

Every walk is tailored to your dog’s needs and comfort level, so you can have total peace of mind. 💚

To keep things simple, we only ask for a few essentials:

✅ Harness or collar – whichever your dog is most comfortable wearing.

✅ Treats (optional) – we provide our own tasty treats, but if your pup has allergies, please feel free to supply your own.

✅ Home access – if no one is home when we collect your dog, we’ll need a key or key-box code so we can safely pick up and drop off your furry friend.

We’ll bring our own leads and poo bags, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. 🐶💚

🐾 How long are our services?

✨ Day Care

If you book a 4-hour session, it will usually be around 4 hours—sometimes a little longer, depending on how busy we are that day.

🚶‍♀️ Group Walks

Our 1-hour group walk typically lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours in total.

This includes the time it takes for pick-up, drop-off, and the walking route we choose that day.

Your pup always gets plenty of exercise and attention—no matter what! 💚

If your dog experiences travel sickness, we’ll make sure they’re the last to be picked up and the first to be dropped off.

We’ll also choose the closest possible location for their walk to keep travel time as short and comfortable as we can.

When a nervous dog joins day care or group walks, we always go slow and steady. 💚

We’ve cared for many shy pups before, and their pet parents were amazed at the positive changes—from calmer walks to more confidence at home.

With patience, gentle socialising and plenty of encouragement, we help every dog feel safe, happy and part of the pack. 🐶✨

At Jersey Leash Leaders, your pets’ safety is always our top priority.

In cases of extreme weather—such as storms, heatwaves, or heavy snow—we will:

✅ Assess conditions day-by-day and decide carefully whether to cancel day care or walks.

✅ Post an announcement on our Facebook page if any services are cancelled.

✅ Contact each client booked that day to:

 • Offer alternative solutions (for example, a home visit) if you’re away or at work.

 • Or move your walk earlier or to a safer time of day.

Your dog’s comfort and safety always come first, and we’ll keep you fully updated. 💚

💳 Easy Booking & Flexible Payments

At Jersey Leash Leaders, we keep things simple:

✅ Monthly scheduling – We book all our clients in each month and send you an invoice for your convenience.

✅ Flexible payment options – You can pay daily, weekly, or monthly—

whichever works best for you.

Your pup gets their regular walks and care, and you get stress-free billing. 🐾💚

🐾 One-Off Walks

We’re always happy to help with one-off dog walks whenever we can. 💚

However, we do need to prioritise our regular clients first, so we can’t always guarantee availability for last-minute or single walks.

If we’re unable to fit you in, we’ll do our best to help—either by trying to accommodate or by recommending another trusted walker.

Your pup’s care matters to us, and we’ll always point you in the right direction. 🐶✨

🚫 Dog Trackers Policy

For data protection and privacy reasons, personal dog trackers are not allowed while your dog is in our care.

📍 When a tracker is used, it can reveal the location of other dogs in our group—something we must protect for everyone’s safety and privacy.

If your dog needs extra security because of poor recall or a history of running off, don’t worry:

✅ We will keep your dog on-lead, or

✅ We can attach one of our own approved trackers to their collar or harness.

This way we keep every dog—and every client’s privacy—fully protected. 💚

🩺 Pet Insurance Recommendation

While Jersey Leash Leaders is fully insured for the services we provide,

we highly recommend that every pet owner also has their own pet insurance.

✅ Vet bills can be unexpectedly high.

✅ The cost of pet insurance is usually small compared to potential treatment costs.

Having your own policy means your furry friend is protected in every situation, giving you complete peace of mind. 💚

💚 Multi-Dog & Loyalty Discounts

At Jersey Leash Leaders, we love rewarding our regular clients:

🐶 Multiple dogs in the same household

We offer a discount when your dogs live under the same roof.

➡️ Example: If a friend brings their dog to your house, that doesn’t qualify, as their dog has its own profile in our booking app and is counted as a different household.

🐾 Regular group walks

If you book our 1-hour group walks 4 or more times a week on a full-time basis, you’re entitled to a discount on your first dog (or the only dog in your household).

🚐 Day Care Pick-Up & Drop-Off Included

At Jersey Leash Leaders, we like to make life easy:

✅ Pick-up and drop-off are included in the day care price – no hidden fees.

✅ Prefer to meet us? We can arrange to meet you at your workplace, in town, or wherever is most convenient for you.

Your pup gets a fun day out, and you get a stress-free handover—simple! 🐾💚

🥣 Feeding During Day Care

We can feed your dog during day care if it’s your only option, but please keep in mind:

🐾 There are other dogs who may be food-oriented, which can sometimes put a dog off eating.

🐾 Many dogs would rather play or walk than stop to eat.

For these reasons, we highly recommend giving your pup a slightly bigger breakfast and dinner at home instead.

At Jersey Leash Leaders, we like to keep things simple and transparent:
