We offer daily dog walking services to ensure your pet gets the exercise and fresh air they need. Our experienced walkers will take your dog on a route tailored to their needs and preferences.

Group & Solo walks are available our walks pick up start from 7:00am last drop at 17:00.

1 hour group walk

Group Walks time for your pup to hang out with their friends and get some fresh air!

Walks will be a duration of 1 hour your pup will be given fresh water a rub down with towel if needed and lots of attention well exercised and mentally stimulated. All dogs are walked with the same capabilities.

30 minute walk group walk

£12.50 extra dog £8.50

This walk is for the ones who can’t walk 1 hour but still want to hang with the pals on a walk!

Walks will be a duration of 30 minutes your pup will be given fresh water a rub down with towel if needed and lots of attention well exercised and mentally stimulated and all dogs are walked with the same capabilities.

Solo walk 1 hour

One hour walk solo for those that prefer the quiet and not in a group or are in heat or reactive.

Transporting pets to vets, groomers or anywhere of your choice. Price is only one way If you would like us to do a return journey price will be £20.00 (this will not include waiting)

Meet & greet your furry friends

Free of charge

When we take a new pet on, we will come to meet them before we agree anything this help us and your furry friend to get to know one another.

This is free of charge and it normally takes 15 to 20 minutes.

Our fee’s will be reviewed each year and will add any increase in January. We will run promotions & competitions during the year too all offers on our third party app can be removed at any time so paying up front will benefit any discounts on our third party app in a event a offer is removed. We will also alert via our fb page when we will remove offers and when we renew or put new offers and discounts out. Bookings made 24 hours or less will occur £3.00 late booking fee.

Terms & conditions

Please read the terms & conditions before booking. Once your booking confirmed this automatically agrees you have read and agreed to our terms & conditions.

Please read carefully before making a booking.

Owner is responsible and will ensure that their dog is up-to-date with their vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and de-wormer treatments.

Owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog whilst being walked. Owner is financially responsible for any loss or damage to property whilst your dog is in Day care. Jersey leash leaders is not held accountable for vet fees or third party claims whilst your dog is in our care.

Owner is to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your dog not suitable for walking or Day care, including behavioral or health problems, antisocial behavior; including aggression, incontinence or lack of house training and excessive loud barking or whining. Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render owner’s dog unsuitable for walking or Day care will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of our agreement.

We make every effort to contact the owner in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide us with a contact number of a trusted third party should we be unable to make contact. However, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon. Owner is responsible for payment of any veterinary fees incurred by Jersey leash Leaders.

Late Payment we would like to remind customers that payments are due at the end of each working week or on final working day of that week. We as a company reserve the right to impose a £5.00 initial late payment fee if a payment is more than three days overdue, then £1.00 charged on a daily basis from the fourth day until payment is received in full.

We do prefer all payments at the time of booking to minimize paper work so we get more time with your furry friends.

Bookings:

Walking: Clients must ensure that their requirements for the following week are e-mailed or text to us no later than Friday evenings.

Day care: We have limited space please email or text details of half day or full day care we prefer 2 weeks notice Please note at busy times we can’t always accommodate but maybe able to assist in finding alternative ways to have your furry friends looked after your pet is our priority.

Cancellations:

Walking: You may cancel your booked slot and provided you give a minimum of 48-hours notice, you will not be charged. However, if cancellation is made within 24-hours of the walk commencing, the full rate will be charged.

Day care: We require a minimum of four-days notice to cancel. Failure to do so will incur cancellation fee of £10 per Dog. Once day care commences, full payment is due under any circumstances. Unless stated otherwise by Jersey leash leaders.

Invoicing:

We keep an accurate record of customers bookings with our third party app that we will create an account for you before your first booking. It really easy to use makes everyone life easier access 24/7 to make any adjustments for you and your furry friends you can make Bookings, cancel bookings, make payments, see your invoice any invoice outside this app will charged at £3.00 per invoice.

Payments:

We accept payments by our third party app (that saves more money) when we do the meet & greet we will talk about the app set your account up and chose ways to pay either at the time of booking, bank transfer, card machine or cash.

TRACKERS:

please note all trackers will be removed from pet before leaving your property all dogs with trackers will be placed on leads due to data protection for all our other clients dog drop isn't in a certain order there for tracker can’t see were our other clients live. all trackers will be placed back on your pet when they return home..
